About the Role
Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of operations and technology? As MLT’s Manager, Platform Operations, you’ll own the platforms and systems that support every stage of MLT’s leadership programs, from initial awareness and application to training, coaching, and placement. These programs are designed to accelerate career growth and expand access to opportunity for talented professionals. You’ll make sure tools like HubSpot, SMApply, Canvas LMS, and Salesforce work seamlessly together to deliver an outstanding experience and support our mission of developing the next generation of leaders. You’ll excel here if you love building systems that scale, streamlining complex workflows, and partnering across teams to drive operational excellence and equity.Location: Bethesda, MD (Hybrid; in-office Wednesdays)
