Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will lead human resources, employee relations, and labor relations at our manufacturing plant producing Reddi Wip and table spreads in Indianapolis. You will oversee key HR functions including safety, labor relations, training, EEO/AAP, employee relations, and continuous improvement, while partnering closely with the plant leadership team and other stakeholders to plan, implement, and evaluate HR strategies.
Your Impact:
Provide guidance and counsel on all human resources aspects of plant operations.
Ensure compliance with labor law, ERISA, EEOC, DOL regulations, and company standards.
Manage employee relations through resolution of issues and concerns.
Lead talent management, succession planning, organizational development, and effectiveness initiatives.
Lead in the development, implementation, and auditing of policies and procedures.
Analyze training needs and lead the development and administration of training programs.
Drive cultural assessments and lead action planning for improvement.
Manage year-end processes including performance reviews and salary planning.
Your Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
7+ years of experience in human resources within a large manufacturing environment.
Experience managing teams and leading HR initiatives.
Expertise in labor laws, negotiations, and resolution management.
Expertise in organizational development, ERISA, EEOC, and DOL regulations.
Proven experience in change management and project management.
Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday.
Demonstrated success in building partnerships with internal stakeholders.
Number of Days in Office: 5.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
