About the Role:

Reporting to the VP of Talent & Diversity, the Manager, People Leadership Development will design, deploy, and continuously improve People Leader Learning & Development programs across Veralto—equipping leaders worldwide with the VES (Veralto Enterprise System) Leadership skills and tools they need to inspire, engage, and develop high‑performing teams.

In this highly collaborative role, you will partner closely with HR, business leaders, and the Veralto Enterprise System Office (VESO) to create scalable, innovative, and technology‑enabled learning experiences that strengthen leadership capability at every level. The ideal candidate blends deep leadership development expertise with a passion for modern, digital-forward learning solutions that help our people leaders thrive.

This position is part of the Talent Center of Excellence (CoE) and will be remote in the U.S.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the enterprise-wide People Leader Learning & Development strategy and execution.
  • Design and implement programs that strengthen leadership capabilities aligned to Veralto’s values, business priorities, and the VES Leadership Domain model.
  • Collaborate with HR partners & senior leaders, aligning work with business objectives.
  • Leverage AI and digital platforms to enhance learning personalization and efficiency.
  • Use the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) to measure program impact and continuously improve offerings.

Critical Competencies

  • Proven experience in leadership development and program management.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning technologies.
  • Tech-savvy with practical AI application skills in learning design.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years in L&D or leadership development roles, with global exposure.
  • Demonstrated success implementing enterprise-wide programs.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging HR technologies.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $142000 USD per year.
