What You Will Achieve
The Manager, People Experience, Commercial, Customer Facing, serves as the PX lead for the Onboarding Workstream and PX operations partner for GCET, enhancing roster automation and management. This role supports the Internal Medicine sales organization and delivers talent and engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include HR advisory support, Workday transactions, workforce data analysis, and guidance on performance management, employee relations, engagement, and recognition.
The Manager will work in close partnership with Internal Medicine Customer Facing Colleagues, Global PX Leads, Enterprise PX (Global Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Pipeline etc.) ensuring that PX programs are delivered and aligned with business strategies along with PX priorities such as: Colleague experience, Organizational transformation projects, culture and engagement, talent development and support of the PX Annual processes (e.g., performance management, compensation cycle, talent management).
The Manager will work to support simplicity and reduce complexity.
Provides individual and functional leadership presence as a member of the Internal Medicine Medical Leadership Team ensuring linkage between organizational, business and people strategies while ensuring delivery of desired results.
Ensure(s) sales colleagues are onboarding into the appropriate Position ID – ensuring they are in PfizerAlign to access downstream systems for training and day-to-day tasks; educates leaders on the onboarding process and any new implications to the process; work on digital implementation to improve the onboarding process PX, operations Support for GCET, Work alongside GCET team to ensure attendees are appropriately aligned in systems PX support for roster management.
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience
3+ years in HR, PX, or talent roles within large, global organizations (pharmaceutical or related industries preferred).
Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. Comfortable using data, AI, and digital solutions to shape people strategies. Record of navigating change and driving organizational transformation.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels. Talent planning, manager coaching, and employee engagement expertise. Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.
Master's degree with relevant pharmaceutical experience; Experience supporting Finance, GBS, or Enabling Functions Experience managing global PX or CX programs with high visibility.
Demonstrated ability in managing employee relations and union relations.
Understanding and integration of both internal and external business drivers.
Knowledge of financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business.
HR working experience in a multi-national organization.
Proven track record of promoting employee value proposition.
Experience in Change Management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability.
20% Travel
Work Location Assignment: Hybrid
