SCP-Sutter Center for PsychiatryPosition Overview:
Provides daily operations management to assigned areas of the service line. Responsible for management of daily operations; work contents and processes; HR policies and procedures; and IT systems. Oversees all daily processes to ensure efficiency and directs staff (either directly or through supervisors). Works closely with the medical group partners and management in assessing value of program development, integration and optimization of patient care within and beyond the service line. Acts as mentor and coach to enable problem solving and develops smooth functioning teams with a focus on the triple aim: affordability, quality, and satisfaction.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's in Healthcare or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
8 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Understanding of clinical operations and associated regulatory compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, evaluate, and direct activities of clinical and non-clinical personnel.
Proven ability to manage a complex environment, and plan and execute new services, facilities and operations
Verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects while delivering quality service and achieving business results.
Ability to build and establish effective working partnership with employees, peers and/or leaders to achieve business objectives.
Demonstrates ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues.

Pay Range is $104,332.80 to $156,499.20 / annual salaryThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
