Expectations:

Assist Director in managing administrative and projects task for the department including policies development, guidelines procedures, counseling of staff, and department budgets. Assists in ensuring that documentation is kept in a manner as to satisfy all regulatory/governing entity requirements.

EDUCATION:
Minimum High School Diploma, preferably AA degree in Facilities Management or related trade. Familiarity with the trade work of the areas or responsibility.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Five years experience in Facilities Management preferred; preferably in hospital setting.

SKILLS:
Computer competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), building automation system and preventive maintenance system preferred.

Pay Range: The estimated base rate for this position is $100,974.00 - $146,412.00.

Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
