Job Overview
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in defining, analyzing, and optimizing our customer-centric processes across multiple value streams, with a focus on customer onboarding, servicing, and claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a business analyst to define requirements for the customer onboarding value stream
- Serve as a Process Analyst for all value streams, including Onboarding, Servicing, and Claims responsible for process mapping of current state and ideal state
- Apply Six Sigma tools to analyse the process maturity and identify targeted improvements using Lean and process improvement frameworks.
- Lead project management initiatives, particularly:
Create a comprehensive roadmap for 2026 multi-market delivery of changes to meet agreed Business KPIs
Obtain buy-in and funding from markets for the roadmap
Assist markets with detailed requirement work
Support the kick-off and governance of roadmap execution
Required Skills and Qualifications
Hard Skills
- Proficiency in Change Management methodologies
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred)
- Expert-level skills in Business Process Mapping and analysis
- Strong capability in requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience with Agile methodologies and user story documentation
- Project management expertise
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
