How you’ll make an impact:
The OMNI Channel Marketing Manager drives the strategy, development, and execution of marketing initiatives to grow total retail sales, enhance customer engagement, and maintain the e-commerce site as an industry leader. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills to deliver measurable results.
Retail Promotions and Campaign Strategy – 40%
- Plan, develop, and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the creative and merchandising teams to ensure promotions reflect branding consistency.
- Foster innovation in promotional tactics to engage new and returning customers.
- Track and report promotional campaign performance and ROI.
- Champion customer-centric thinking to deliver seamless online shopping experiences.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Coordinator and proof read email, SMS and Social Slotting. In addition working with coordinator on all organic social media posts for Canada.
- Collaborate with brand marketing to develop integrated marketing plans.
Content Optimization and Management – 20%
- Drive improvements to product content, including product descriptions, images, videos, and SEO alignment to maximize conversions.
- Partner with creative teams to define a consistent marketing voice.
- Optimize user experience with updated, accurate, and engaging content on product pages and landing pages.
Performance Monitoring and Analytics – 20%
- Analyze site traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create detailed reporting of marketing performance with actionable insights.
- Recommend marketing adjustments based on data trends and findings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – 20%
- Work closely with the merchandising and planning teams to forecast demands and product trends.
- Liaise with IT and design teams to identify and resolve website functionality issues.
- Collaborate with paid media team in the US to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and customer audiences.
- Build relationships with third-party vendors for marketing tools or partnerships.
Must have skills and experiences
- 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce sites or digital marketing platforms.
- Analytics - Expertise in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strategic campaign planning and execution
- Collaboration - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred skills and experiences
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and e-commerce CMS platforms.
- Ecommerce and or Retail preferred
