ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking to hire a superstar Manager who is excited to continue learning about the world of influencer marketing while honing your skills as a client services professional. This mid-level account management position will be tasked with leading influencer outreach and will also have the opportunity to interact directly with clients and senior management. Our perfect candidate is someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, who is organized and a team player, and has experience communicating with influencers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy

  • Active participant in strategy development, inclusive of guiding partnership and content approach.
  • Executes influencer partnerships and content creation in alignment with strategy.
  • Oversees creator sourcing in alignment with strategy, brand aesthetic and campaign goals.

Execution

  • Manages influencers effectively building relationships with regular and reliable communication from outreach to execution.
  • Leads creation and maintenance of pitch and briefing materials and influencer conversations (i.e. Talk Track & Briefs).
  • Responsible for the negotiation of low/mid reach paid partnerships in an efficient and effective manner, utilizing data to inform decisions.
  • Able to deliver strong first-pass content feedback that requires little to no addition from Senior Manager.

Leadership

  • Oversee coordinators on your accounts, providing clear direction and guidance on tasks.
  • Share progress updates often, managing up concerns, suggesting solutions and identifying areas of support.
  • Able to manage time independently delivering on time to deadlines and ensuring prompt responses to team, client and influencers.
  • Collaborates and share best practices with peers.

  • Act as champion of creative content, adhering to client standards.
  • Exudes team player mentality by actively providing support to team as needed.
  • Proactively contributes to team and client needs, demonstrating resourcefulness, creativity and problem solving. 
  • Is detail oriented and considered reliable and trusted by team.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • People and relationship oriented, cares about clients, team members, influencers and mentorship
  • Continued strong interest in influencer and social media marketing
  • Proficiency on prominent influencer social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc.)
  • Familiarity with influencer discovery platforms
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Fluency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and corresponding platforms
  • Growing self & team-management skills and willingness to dive head first into tasks
  • Should have a baseline understanding of working on paid partnerships
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Social Media, Influencer and/or related fields

 

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $45,000$100,000 USD
