Manager of Records and Mailing
$69,284-$88,645 minimum starting pay
Job Level: Manager
Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. What You Will Be Doing:
Manage operations of Records and Mailing, including policy administration printing and mailing. Oversee incoming and outgoing mail flow for corporate documents and ensures compliance with federal postal regulations. Direct in-stream print processes and corporate imaging and records management. Ensure efficient service delivery and operational continuity..
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrates leadership and interpersonal skills for internal and external interactions.
- Typically requires previous supervisory experience with proven ability to lead effectively.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Ability to analyze statistical reports and organize data into workflows.
- Adapt to and manage change effectively.
- Broad knowledge of mailing equipment, records storage, and technology applications.
- Ability to develop budget plans including equipment lifecycle and staffing strategies.
- Ability to maintain safety awareness and address ergonomic issues.
- Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM) or comparable industry certification preferred.
- Typically requires one to three years of leadership experience in insurance or mailing operations.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet ongoing business needs.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
