You lead a multidisciplinary product development group and guide sub‑teams toward scientific and technical excellence
Driving the execution of the development portfolio by defining scopes, allocating resources and ensuring consistent progress
You establish modern processes and methodologies that enable development of Innovative and high‑quality products
Managing the annual laboratory budget while steering infrastructure development to maintain a state‑of‑the‑art research environment
You advance strategic collaborations with academic institutions and industry partners to strengthen innovation pathways
Representing Sartorius PD Beit HaEmek at scientific conferences, workshops and stakeholder meetings to position the team as a technological leader
You will be part of the local management team
Coordinating the transition of new products into Operations through method definition, production testing and cross‑functional alignment
You identify emerging technologies, assess their relevance and integrate them to elevate the Cell Therapy Media portfolio
What will convince us
You hold a Master’s degree or PhD in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry or a closely related scientific field
Bringing several years of biotech industry experience, ideally including media development for cell and gene therapy or sustainable applications such as cultivated meat using mammalian cells
You demonstrate a proven track record of leading teams
You are familiar with international regulatory policies and requirements for ATMP manufacturing.
Shaping and steering a multi‑project environment through structured planning, prioritization and execution
You apply advanced project management methodologies with confidence and practical depth
Showing strong leadership capabilities reflected in talent development, team empowerment and collaborative problem‑solving
You communicate clearly and persuasively, challenging established practices and fostering continuous improvement
You offer expert theoretical and practical knowledge in cell culture technologies and/or media and process development
Demonstrating adaptability, openness to change and ease in working within multicultural environments
You decide with confidence and follow a consistently results‑oriented mindset
Displaying excellent command of written and spoken English
