Lindblad Expeditions is a true pioneer in Expedition Travel. The Manager of Medical Operations along with the CMO, oversees all medical services across the Lindblad Expeditions’ fleet, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality healthcare for passengers, staff and crew. This role is responsible for assisting with: medical policy development, staffing, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement of onboard medical operations.
