The Manager of Internal Communications will design and drive engaging internal communication initiatives for Equifax global leaders that effectively convey our strategies, business imperatives, and values to employees across our International regions. This dynamic and creative individual will create clear and effective communications for internal audiences that reinforce executive vision, Equifax Shared Values, and progress against EFX2028 Strategic Priorities. This role serves as the communications partner for the President of our International business unit who oversees operations in our global regions, including Canada, LATAM, Australia, UK, Spain, Brazil, and India. In this role, you will develop and execute creative communications initiatives to ensure a connected, informed, and engaged regional workforce. Given the international nature of this role, regular workflow will take place across multiple time zones.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely two days a week, or from our global corporate HQ in Midtown, Atlanta, GA. (This is not a fully-remote role). This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support. While this role supports the International business unit, connection with our global teams will be through digital collaboration as the role is based at our Atlanta HQ with minimal to no international travel required.
What You’ll Do:
Drive the creation of internal strategic communications and content for our global employees, including, but not limited to, newsletters, announcements, intranet articles, and corporate town halls.
Ensure communications reinforce executive vision, shared values, and progress against EFX2028 Strategic Priorities.
Liaise across a matrixed structure to support internal communications initiatives and content development across regions.
Manage ongoing governance, collaboration, and communications with Global Internal Communicators based in the regions.
Support ongoing internal campaigns across the regions to increase the adoption of AI tools in day-to-day work.
Collaborate directly with the VP of Internal Communications to establish and manage an overall Internal Communications Content Strategy aligned with enterprise priorities, in order to drive consistency and message penetration.
Manage standards and governance for internal platforms to ensure high editorial quality and measurable impact.
Create and manage an ongoing internal communications message matrix to ensure consistency across the global team and various stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the external communications team on regional releases, events, and evolving issues.
What Experience You Need:
4-6 years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or a related corporate communications field.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a deadline-driven approach to content creation.
Working knowledge of AI tools and the intellectual curiosity to leverage them for process improvement and communication innovation.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to navigate a global corporate environment and manage cross-cultural communication challenges, including navigating multiple time zones.
What Could Set You Apart:
Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
Prior publicly-traded large company experience in a matrixed environment is preferred.
Advanced degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced professional experience with AI tools to streamline communications processes.
