The Manager, OEM / Upfitter Sales is responsible for leading and developing the OEM / Upfitter customer segment, with a focus on mobile power systems, axle, and related product categories. This role will provide immediate field coverage for key accounts, support technical sales execution, and build a scalable customer coverage model across regions and business units.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Coverage & Sales Execution
- Manage and grow relationships with OEM, Upfitter, and OE Dealer customers
- Provide field-based sales support, including customer visits, quoting support, and account development
- Deliver mobile power application support, including PTO, hydraulics, and system configuration guidance
- Ensure consistent pricing, responsiveness, and customer experience across all assigned accounts
Segment Leadership & Development
- Lead the development of the OEM / Upfitter customer segment strategy
- Define customer coverage models, account ownership, and regional alignment
- Identify growth opportunities and expand share of wallet within key accounts
- Collaborate across teams to improve coordination and execution
Team Support & Collaboration
- Support and develop internal sales resources, including BDRs, MPTAs, and account managers
- Partner with inside sales teams to ensure accurate quoting and order execution
- Work closely with technical resources and vendor partners to support complex applications
Integration & Process Improvement
- Support integration of TruckPro capabilities (Denver, Salt Lake) into a unified model
- Improve visibility and coordination across systems, inventory, and pricing
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to drive efficiency and scalability
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in heavy-duty truck parts, mobile power, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of PTO systems, hydraulics, and mobile power applications
- Proven track record of managing and growing customer relationships
- Experience in both field sales and technical application support
- Prior leadership or team development experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
