You’ll work independently while collaborating closely with the Global Marketing and Education team, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to design and implement cutting-edge educational strategies. From concept to global rollout, you’ll manage impactful projects that transform learning experiences – leveraging the latest instructional design tools, multimedia platforms, and best practices.

- Driving new education initiatives from planning through global deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of new education technologies. Prioritizing and communicating these projects with global stakeholders.
- Own the configuration, administration, and support of applications used to distribute training tools to internal sales employees and external healthcare professionals. Provide training and guidance to administrators on other teams. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experiences for these applications.
- Keep up-to-date on instructional design industry trends, learning and adopting new production tools, techniques, and methodologies to increase overall efficiency.
- Continually innovate by leveraging new technologies and approaches for developing and distributing training.
- Define and measure key performance indicators for learner success
- Coordinates the research, conceptualization, development, and creation of new education technologies and standardization of the appropriate technical infrastructure required to solve a training gap
- Plan and communicate the budget expectations and long-term planning of a new technology solution and handle all relevant contracts and invoices. Provide education and consultation concerning instructional design and multimedia design best practices for internal clients. Develop, design, publish, update, and maintain digital training materials and assets.
- Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
- Additionally, the role will englobe the management of the ATC in Brussels which include the ATC being operational on a daily basis, the equipment verified and on working order, welcoming the customers and create the “ATC Experience”, organize the agenda and manage the budget and administration around the ATC
- Develop a program to promote the ATC
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or more in Education, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent
- 5-7 years progressively responsible experience in similar positions. A medical or Medical Device Industry or another regulated industry experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (advanced skills preferred).
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (advanced skills preferred).
- Knowledge of the principles, processes, and standards in video and audio production.
- Thorough understanding of adult learning theory, blended learning, and instructional design methodologies
- Knowledge and experience in multimodal learning and education technologies (ex. video, eLearning modules, documents, graphics, or podcasts, XR)
- Able to quickly conduct needs analysis to determine project requirements, key deliverables, and milestones.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and outside vendors, as well as collaborating with multiple cross-divisional internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including open communication and negotiating project scope and dependencies.
- Efficient project management with ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively
- communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
- Ability to lift up to 20 Kg
