About the role

We are currently looking for a Manager – MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) who will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing all mechanical, electrical, firefighting, plumbing, and ELV works to ensure safe, compliant, and timely execution in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review all MEFP design documents including drawings, specifications, BOQs, calculations, and coordination layouts to ensure completeness and constructability.
• Establish a clear understanding of the MEFP scope, design intent, performance criteria, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with design consultants, Engineer of Record, and specialist vendors to resolve design discrepancies, clashes, and technical clarifications.
• Provide inputs during planning stages on MEFP sequencing, interfaces with civil/architectural works, and commissioning requirements.
• Support procurement activities by defining MEFP work packages and reviewing technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and material data sheets.
• Oversee site execution of all MEFP systems including electrical power, lighting, ELV, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, lifts, and specialist systems.
• Ensure MEFP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, standards, and authority requirements.
• Review and approve Inspection Requests (IRs), test plans, method statements, and Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) prior to execution.
• Ensure proper coordination between MEFP works and civil, structural, architectural, façade, and finishing activities to avoid clashes and rework.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university. Professional registration with a recognized engineering body is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering, with significant exposure to construction supervision, PMC, or consultancy roles.
• Proven experience in managing MEFP works for medium to large-scale building projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and building services coordination. Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, authority requirements, testing, and commissioning procedures.
