Job Description:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Personalization & Orchestration, the Manager, Marketing Personalization will champion the development and implementation of personalization capabilities and drive communications strategies across channels. This role will collaborate with partners across Marketing, AI2, Journeys, and Platforms to advance marketing personalization, ensuring every customer communication is tailored, timely, and impactful.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who is comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, finds solutions to tough problems, understands 1:1 marketing, is enthusiastic and results focused. They possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in creating strategies using data. They will drive initiatives that enhance the sophistication of marketing personalization, delivering incremental value through customer-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the enablement of marketing personalization capabilities across channels, focusing on defining marketing requirements, collaborating on use cases, and defining roles & responsibilities and processes for colleagues.

· Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, AI2, Martech, and Platforms to define data and technology requirements that enable advanced personalization.

· Socialize new capabilities with marketing colleagues and drive adoption.

· Analyze performance results to uncover insights, optimize personalization tactics, and continuously improve relevance and customer experience.

· Establish and share best practices for personalization with key partners, driving organizational learning and capability building.

· Foster collaboration with U.S. Marketing teams to share personalization strategies, learnings, consult on approaches, and provide recommendations.

Education/Accreditations:

· Post-secondary education in Business or Marketing; MBA is an asset.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

· 7+ years of relevant experience

· Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and cross-channel marketing (email, web, mobile app, SMS push, in-app).

· Stakeholder communication – strong skills in presenting data-driven ideas

· Project management expertise, with a track record of delivering initiatives from concept to execution.

· Detail-oriented, results-driven, and adept at solving complex problems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

· Collaborative relationship builder, able to work across teams to identify and implement solutions.
