Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of marketing strategy initiatives along business direction, develop execution plans and engage stakeholders
- Drive initiatives to promote GI products and branding, e.g. driving promotions, supporting advertising and producing communications
- Manage vendors to strengthen product value proposition continuously and target customer segments
- Plan and lead impactful and appealing year-round marketing promotions and events to drive product sales and manage campaign performance
- Collaborate with Product development team to design and develop product marketing activities, online and offline sales tools as well as product/sales training to facilitate and nurture agent in selling GI products
- Lead and develop staff to promote and achieve high performance team.
- Promote and ensure compliances of corporate standard, as well as legislation and regulatory.
Job Requirements
- University graduate in Marketing or Insurance equivalent
- Insurance qualification (ACII or ANZIIF) is preferred but not essential
- At least 5-7 years relevant experience in Marketing or insurance product development, with 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Good inter-personal and influential skills; enjoy working and lead cross-functional workforce
- Good coaching skill in motivating and growing team members
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Excellent commend of spoken and written Chinese and English
