Job Title: Manager - Manufacturing Engineering

Job Description:

• Lead a team of Engineers mentoring, training, managing performance and Daily trouble shooting.

• Should have experience in Aerospace industry and standards,

• Should have experience in AS9100 ,Nadcap ,Welding and Brazing , Electronics Manufacturing ,FMEA, PPAP, Lean Manufacturing ,Six Sigma ,SPC, Tool and Jigs.

• Designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes, tooling, and workflows to increase productivity.

• Overseeing the installation of new equipment, production line expansions, and the introduction of new products (NPI).

• Driving Lean initiatives, Reducing Waste, and ensuring compliance with Safety (EHS) and Quality standards.

• Managing capital projects, equipment installation, and new product introductions (NPD) from concept to production.

• Managing capital investment plans (CAPEX) and departmental operational budgets.

• Overseeing budgets, cost estimating, and making "make-vs-buy" decisions. 

Qualifications:

• Electronics Engineer /Mechanical engineering with 14+ years of relevant experience in Electronics manufacturing industry.

• Experience in the Aerospace industry is highly preferred with Knowledge on QMS, AS9100 & Nadcap Certifications.

• Relevant experience in SAP ERP system.

• Awareness of Lean Manufacturing and implementation tools I Statistical Process Control
