Job Details:

Additional duties include coordinating and maintaining the maintenance training program for team members, assisting in budget preparation and oversight, managing team member work schedules, and ensuring the availability and upkeep of all necessary parts and assets for maintenance activities. The position provides critical information to support managerial decision-making and performs other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of maintenance supervisor experience.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient with standard computer applications.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear and precise direction to the workforce.
  • Special Skills: Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, refrigeration, automation, and maintenance training. Demonstrates sound judgment, decision-making, organizational skills, and the ability to accept and delegate responsibility effectively.
  • Supervisory: Responsible for supervising a group of maintenance supervisors and/or personnel performing related tasks and activities.
  • Travel: Occasional travel required (1 to 5 trips per year).
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While these are standard hours, flexibility is often required, including weekend work, to meet production and project demands.
