Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to provide local digital marketing support to assigned Rentokil Terminix Brands and Markets. This role serves as a key link between Corporate Rentokil NA Marketing and the Region/District operations teams, as well as cross functional teams, on local marketing strategies and planning.
This role is responsible for understanding regional operations objectives and budgeting, planning and executing of marketing/advertising/promotional programs to support those objectives while adhering to corporate goals and guidelines. The ultimate need is to build and secure brand equity and drive regional and local business results.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Develop, plan, and execute local digital strategy through deploying marketing programs to promote Rentokil Terminix brand products and services, drive brand growth and leads to generate revenue
Collaborate with Brand & Category Marketing Teams and field operations management to create brand proposition, product/service promotions, value propositions, messages, and associated marketing strategies
Oversee strategy and execution of ratings/reviews programs, as well as local listings across all branches/brands
Utilize lead generation strategies and tactics to drive KPI’s and support regional brand awareness and revenue growth
Build strong regional/district relationships and become a true partner, connecting field and corporate to a single mission
Develop marketing materials in collaboration with their local marketing associate team
Coordinate with regional marketing managers and internal channel owners local market plans sponsorships and promotions
Coordinate reporting of lead generation activities and analyze performance with analytics team and communicate with the sales and field operations teams
Support Public Relations opportunities in local markets
Monitor marketing collateral to ensure adherence to corporate identity and branding standards across all channels.
Flexibility to support and assume various roles as needed within a small team, always maintaining a partner and customer focus.
Required Experience
5+ years of digital marketing experience required, 10+ years of business, marketing or digital experience preferred
3+ years of Owned Media experience (SEO, Website optimization)
3+ years of Paid Media experience (Paid Search, Display, Social)
3+ years of local marketing experience (local listings, ratings and reviews, etc.)
3-5 years of Marketing management experience
Knowledge of digital tools to communicate with, foster collaboration, and share best practices with marketing and sales professionals a plus.
Deep knowledge of digital optimization strategies and best practices.
Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with a heightened sense of attention to detail are key characteristics of the perfect candidate.
Strong interpersonal skills that allow for healthy internal and external relationships are a must.
Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics
Outstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels with a range of internal and external stakeholders including customers, employees, trade unions, investors, analysts, regulators, government bodies and suppliers as required.
Strives towards making a positive impact on society and the environment across the Marketing spectrum, establishing Rentokil Terminix as a leader in this space
Able to demonstrate high levels of drive, work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgement and a rigorous focus on the details.
Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
Bachelor’s degree in a related area, BA or BS;
Master’s degree preferred.
3 - 5 years of Marketing management experience
Knowledge of digital tools to communicate with, foster collaboration, and share best practices with marketing professionals a plus.

Base Pay Range $102,000 - $132,600 / year
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
