Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations of treasury functions
  • Monitor and manage debt maturity profile and cash at bank
  • Review monthly treasury reports for Corporate and Trustee
  • Input / Review treasury data in SAP treasury module for accounting
  • Review and ensure bank accounts, including update of bank mandate and user access in internet banking, are kept up to date
  • Ensure FATCA / CRS compliance
  • Prepare/ Review fund transfer / payment instruction letter to Trustee and banks
  • Review / prepare budget, cash forecast and distribution payment timeline
  • Liaise with banks and legal counsel for financing matters such as bank loans, multicurrency term notes and equity fund raising
  • Monitor and hedge foreign currencies and interest rate exposures
  • Manage and monitor hedging policy and in compliance with treasury policy
  • Review and oversee year-end audit confirmation to banks
  • Assist in any other treasury related tasks or ad hoc duties as assigned
