The Role
This isn't just a legal position—it's a strategic leadership opportunity on the Czech Cluster Leadership Team. Based in Prague, you'll partner with the General Managers of Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, providing trusted legal counsel that directly impacts patient access to life-changing medicines. You will be part of the Italy Hub Legal team and work directly under the supervision of the General Counsel of the Italy Hub.
What You'll Do:
· Provide strategic legal counsel on complex commercial, regulatory, and operational matters
· Lead high-stakes negotiations and business-critical legal projects
· Draft and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements (pricing, supply chain, B2B, market access)
· Champion "One Voice Counseling" with Ethics and Compliance Officers across Czechia, Hungary, and Slovakia
· Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR functions
· Monitor regulatory developments and deliver legal training
· Manage outside counsel relationships
Who You Are
Must Have:
· Fully qualified lawyer (CZ license preferred, alternatively SK or HU license)
· Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical/life sciences legal experience in any Czech Cluster markets
· Law firm experience required; additional in-house experience preferred
· Expertise in pharmaceutical law, commercial law, regulatory compliance, antitrust, data privacy
· Fluent English; Czech/Slovak/Hungarian a plus
· Authorized to work in Prague
