Position Summary
As Manager, Contract Management you will:
-Assist in the management of contract drafting and generation, contract-related disputes, legal interpretation, breaches, and/or termination issues.
-Assess contract issues related to business-related matters, non-compliance, and termination clauses.
-Coach the legal contract team on contract-related matters, contract processes, and legal considerations.
-Conduct the most complex reviewing of contracts to ensure party intentions comply with laws and regulations.
-Confer with legal counsel on complex contract issues to ensure alignment with the latest legal requirements.
-Define the contract execution process to obtain signatures and ensure
approvals in a secure and organized manner.
-Deliver on the risk management strategy to identify and manage contractual risks to protect party assets.
-Determine if contracts are legally sound, protect organizational interests, and meet client needs.
-Ensure that contract renewals, amendments, or terminations are executed in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications
-5+ years of legal/contract management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
-Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) preferred. Certified
-Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of related experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
