Job Summary:
Learning Strategy & Design
Develop and implement learning plans aligned with business priorities, workforce needs and High Performing Culture aspirations.
Identify capability gaps through learning needs analysis, stakeholder engagement, and data insights.
Drive capability building across personal effectiveness, people leadership, and future-ready skills, including digital and AI-enabled learning.
Design, curate, and deliver blended learning solutions (workshops, digital, on-the-job learning).
Evaluate effectiveness of programmes and continuously improve based on insights.
Culture and Engagement Initiatives
Collaborate with business stakeholders and the leadership team to develop and integrate comprehensive culture and people initiatives that drives high performance culture in alignment with PruWays values.
Plan, communicate and execute employee engagement activities, campaigns, and key moments that shape employee experience.
Measure cultural health via PruVoice Engagement Survey and recommend targeted interventions.
Programme Delivery & Vendor Management
Design and delivery of enterprise-wide learning programmes aligned to PAMB’s Learning Strategy, High Performance Culture agenda and business priorities.
Own end-to-end execution of initiatives — from concept, planning, logistics, delivery to claims (if applicable).
Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Manage learning calendars, programme logistics, and quality of delivery.
Be hands-on in delivery (not just coordination), including facilitation where required.
Facilitate selected learning interventions personally and manage external vendors, facilitators, and content providers.
Ensure learning programmes are engaging, practical, and outcome focused.
Learning Governance & Measurement
Establish learning standards, frameworks, and governance to ensure consistency and scalability.
Track learning effectiveness using relevant metrics (participation, feedback, application, impact).
Prepare learning reports, insights, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people capability and development interventions.
Collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and external vendors to co-create solutions.
Partner with HR colleagues to integrate learning across the employee lifecycle.
Support organisation wide initiatives such as culture transformation, change programmes, and talent development.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Development, Business or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Culture, Organisational Development, or Employee Experience, preferably within a corporate or enterprise environment.
Knowledge/ Skills
Strong understanding of adult learning, behaviour change, and organisational culture.
Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Passion for developing people and building a winning, future-ready organisation.
Comfortable leveraging digital, data, and learning technologies (LMS, virtual learning, AI-enabled tools).
Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into practical interventions.
