WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The Manager, Learning & Development plays a key role in building the skills, knowledge, and confidence of our team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. By designing impactful learning strategies and fostering a culture of continuous development, you help bring our service philosophy and leadership development to life and ensure our people feel supported, empowered, and inspired to grow.

  • Designing and leading engaging learning programs that build capability, inspire service excellence, and strengthen the connection between team member development and memorable guest experiences.

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy that aligns with organizational priorities, using insights, feedback, and performance trends to continuously evolve our approach.

  • Ensuring departments have the tools, resources, and training needed to build skills, drive performance, and achieve business goals.

  • Championing a culture of continuous learning where team members feel empowered to grow, develop, and reach their full potential.

  • Creating and delivering programs, workshops, and development opportunities that enhance leadership capability, team effectiveness, and overall engagement.

  • Partnering across departments to identify skill gaps, support workforce development, and elevate both the employee and guest experience through learning.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing people and understands how learning drives performance, engagement, and results.

  • 8–10 years of leadership experience, ideally within Learning & Development, hospitality, tourism, or guest-focused environments.

  • Strong expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect learning initiatives to business outcomes and service excellence.

  •  Strong analytical abilities to assess learning effectiveness, interpret feedback, and translate insights into continuous improvement.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify skill gaps and proactively address development needs.

  • A deep appreciation for the values of authenticity, purpose, collaboration, and empowerment.
