Job Description Summary:
Overview
The Manager, ITGC Coordination and Adoption is responsible for the execution of IT General Controls (ITGCs) across the enterprise. This position focuses on the day-to-day activities required to monitor, implement, and enforce compliance standards, working under the guidance of the Sr. Manager and Director. The Manager collaborates directly with control owners, provides training and operational support, and ensures timely reporting and issue resolution to maintain effective control execution.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution: Perform and coordinate day-to-day tasks for implementing and monitoring ITGC activities, ensuring compliance with established frameworks and procedures.
Control Monitoring & Reporting: Track the execution of established controls, providing accurate reports on progress, incidents, and potential risks. Recommend operational improvements based on monitoring outcomes.
Training & Support: Deliver targeted training and guidance for control owners on ITGC requirements, tools, and processes. Assist teams in understanding compliance requirements and resolving operational issues.
Collaboration & Communication: Act as a key operational contact for control owners and impacted teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication of tasks and schedules. Escalate issues when necessary to the Sr. Manager or Director.
Execution of Processes: Execute specific processes within SAP related to ITGC activities, including user access reviews, configurations, and role management. Ensure timely and accurate completion of tactical control tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT risk management, compliance, IT audit, or controls implementation.
Demonstrated experience in implementing IT General Controls and managing compliance processes (e.g., SOX, COBIT).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tactical tasks effectively and provide accurate reporting.
Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP systems, ITGC frameworks, and compliance reporting tools.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CISA or similar are preferred.

$124,600 - $148,200Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
