We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – IT Applications to oversee design, implementation, delivery, and support our Global Technical Services business function. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes within technical services, combined with hands-on experience applications such as Oracle, Salesforce etc. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and collaborator who can bridge technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute technology roadmap for Global Technical Services in alignment with business strategies.
Partner with global business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of application analysts, solution architect and delivery managers.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of applications supporting global service delivery.
Drive system enhancements, integrations, and automation to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Lead the successful delivery of projects across regions — from requirements gathering and design through deployment and support.
Manage project portfolios, budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and business-relevant manner.
Coordinate across GTS, business functions, and regional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of global solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in IT applications, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Technical expertise in Oracle (ERP / EBS / Cloud) and Salesforce CRM ecosystems.
Experience supporting technical services or manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) and data governance best practices.
Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise change management processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated success managing global teams and large-scale technology projects.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
Base Pay Range for this position:
$110,000 - $138,000 - $166,000
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
