Summary:

The Manager – Investor Reporting/CEO’s Office will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving high-impact initiatives across finance, capital strategy, investor engagement, and corporate development. The role requires a strong background in Treasury, Investor Relations, and Due Diligence, with prior experience in consulting or a comparable industry peer. This individual will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, capital allocation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional execution of key business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic & CEO Office Support

  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO on strategic, financial, and operational priorities.

  • Lead preparation of board materials, strategic reviews, and executive presentations.

  • Track and drive execution of key CEO-level initiatives across departments.

  • Conduct financial and strategic analysis to support decision-making.

2. Treasury & Capital Management

  • Support capital structure planning, liquidity management, and funding strategies.

  • Monitor cash flow, debt covenants, and financing arrangements.

  • Assist in evaluating financing options (debt/equity/structured instruments).

  • Coordinate with banking partners and financial institutions.

3. Investor Relations

  • Support preparation of investor decks, earnings materials, and investor communication.

  • Assist in managing relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and stakeholders.

  • Track market performance, peer benchmarking, and shareholder analysis.

  • Support investor meetings, roadshows, and Q&A preparation.

5. Cross-Functional Project Leadership

  • Lead special projects directly sponsored by the CEO.

  • Work closely with Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Legal teams.

  • Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms for strategic initiatives.

Knowledge:

  • Masters in Business Administration/CA/CFA equivalent

  • 3 to 5 years of experience

  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills

  • Exposure to capital markets and fundraising processes

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent excel and power point skills required
