Base Pay Range:
$120,000-$145,000
As a Manager, Integrations, your essential job functions will include the following:
Technology Solutions
- Lead the technical direction for all hardware and software solutions used within the Integration team stack.
- Lead team members to Identify and automate repeatable tasks.
- Ensure team is familiarized with the customer needs, functional specifications, systems development process, design standards/guidelines, and techniques and tools to support task performance.
- Verify the team follows development and design standards/guidelines and documentation needs.
- Ensure team keeps the project manager informed of task accomplishment, issues and status.
- Oversee incident tickets are handled in accordance with the IT/IS metrics.
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration across all levels of management.
- Serve as meeting intermediary when conflict arises or make decisions necessary to move past conflict.
- Ensure deliverables satisfy the project requirements, cost, schedule, and code release process.
- Ensure a focal point is assigned to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams.
- Work with project managers, business analysts and functional management to discuss project impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing the task.
- Manage, plan, and assign projects as it relates to Integrations team to support Dealer Tire’s goals.
- Adhere to and provide guidance on IT Security Policies.
Customer Relationship Management
- Communicate project priorities, objectives, and goals for large, strategic projects.
- Work with the business areas to develop the portfolio of IT projects needed to further their strategic initiatives. Provide guidance to business on project justification, including return on investment calculation and tangible/intangible benefits realization.
- Provide status reporting or ensure status reporting is provided of team activities against the plan or schedule.
- Resolve or escalate issues which could impact promised deliverables.
Provide Resource Leadership and Coaching
- Coach and assist in the development of both direct reports and indirect reports.
- Work with your leads and direct reports to keep the team focused and on track to the tasks at hand.
- Perform annual and mid-year performance reviews for your direct reports and ensure the annual and mid-year performance reviews are delivered to your indirect reports.
- Determine and deliver merit increases to your direct and indirect reports.
- Manage the administrative needs of your direct reports and ensure the administrative needs of your indirect reports are being managed, including time entry.
- Determine staffing needs, interview potential candidates, make job offers and successful onboard associates and contractors as needed.

Position Requirements
- 5 years’ work experience in a related IT field; BA/BS or Masters’ degree preferred
- Experience leading the technical direction for hardware and software solutions
- Deep knowledge of software, hardware and networking systems
- Experience in administering Windows and Linux environments
- Experience in multiple programming languages
- Understanding of several communication protocols
- Project management experience required
- Experience successfully leading a team
- Ability to manage varied workload, both strategic and tactical, including proven organizational skills
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Job Requirements
- Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen.
- Sitting for long periods of time.
- Travel less than 10%.
