In this role, you will partner with cross‑functional teams - including HR, Payroll, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and corporate functions—to shape and deliver innovative integration solutions that power critical business processes.

You will play a key role in driving Otis’ global master data management strategy, collaborating with global stakeholders to design and implement seamless, scalable, and high‑quality master data integrations across multiple platforms. On a typical day you will:

  • Architecture Design: Create high-level and detailed integration architecture diagrams for on-premises and cloud-based systems.
  • MDH Governance: Define, configure, and maintain MDH (Boomi Data Hub) models (fields, sources, match rules, rankings, golden records) to ensure data consistency across applications and perform regular compliance audits covering data flows, integration interfaces, and MDH domain integrity.
  • Integration Development: Build, configure, and test integration processes, APIs, and ESB solutions (e.g., Boomi, REST/SOAP) & develop reusable integration assets.
  • AI-Driven Integration Design: Incorporate GenAI within integration platforms to accelerate development, including AI-assisted data mapping, flow generation, and documentation.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality rules and stewardship to manage the accuracy of master data.
  • API & Event-Driven Patterns: Lead API-first and event-driven architecture using Azure, GCP, and modern integration services.
  • Technical Leadership: Define integration standards, frameworks, and reusable patterns while providing guidance to development teams.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary liaison between global IT teams, ensuring architectural consistency across regions and domains.
  • Support: Analyze business needs to map data flows, resolve complex integration errors, and ensure system scalability.

What you will need to be successful:

  • 8 - 12 years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining integrations using Boomi Integration across complex enterprise environments.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience integrating Boomi Master Data Hub (MDH) with multiple contributors and subscriber systems using Boomi Integration services.
  • Strong expertise in microservices architecture, SOA principles, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver solutions across multi-cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Demonstrated experience implementing AI‑enabled data pipelines using Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Groovy), and data interchange formats such as JSON and XML.
  • Solid understanding of common system integration technologies including REST/SOAP Web Services, XML/XSD, JSON, and business process automation/orchestration tools.
  • Strong background in API management (e.g., Azure API Management) including security, versioning, throttling, and lifecycle management
  • Experience collaborating effectively with distributed and remote teams across global time zones.
  • Proven success managing multi-country or global rollouts of integration and MDM systems.
