Manager (Integrated Marketing Manager)

[What the role is]

The Integrated Marketing Manager sits within EDB's Brand, Marketing and Communications Division, which drives Singapore's positioning as a premier global business destination.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can orchestrate multi-channel campaigns to help enhance search visibility, craft compelling narratives, develop content assets and creatives to engage target audiences across diverse touchpoints.

Examples of campaigns could include digital and event activations – for instance targeted email and paid advertising via various digital platforms or on-site events - to market Singapore as a great place for top talent to build their careers, or content creation and partnerships with media publishers to brand Singapore as a global sustainability hub. All campaign efforts serve to strengthen the Singapore business brand to international business executives, and may also serve to build EDB’s branding to both local and global audiences.

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign strategy & planning: develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with EDB’s strategic objectives, combining owned, paid, and partnered channels to maximise reach and impact. Work with marketing colleagues, internal stakeholders and external partners (government agencies, companies, private organisations and media outlets) to ensure campaign coherence whilst maintaining brand consistency and messaging alignment.

  • Content Development & Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of compelling content assets and advertising creatives that resonate with target audiences. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality materials across various formats, from digital assets to traditional marketing collateral.

  • Digital Marketing & Performance Management: Implement keyword research and search optimisation techniques to enhance EDB's online visibility and organic reach. Manage paid campaigns across digital and social platforms. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, using data analytics to inform future campaign strategies and optimisation opportunities.

  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure timely launch of campaigns within allocated budgets.

[What we are looking for]

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Four to six years of relevant experience in integrated marketing; experience in social media management should be highlighted as well

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling narratives

  • Strong project management capabilities with experience managing external vendors

  • Knowledge of business and market trends, and understanding of international marketing and cross-cultural communication

  • Familiarity with B2B marketing is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing & communications

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in keyword research tools and search engine optimisation techniques

  • Strong understanding of paid media, email and social media marketing

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (eg. salesforce marketing cloud account engagement) and customer relationship management system (eg. Salesforce).

  • Experience with campaign measurement and analytics tools
