Job Description Summary:
The Manager, CCTM Integrated Marketing – Experience (LATAM) supports the development and execution of integrated, end-to-end marketing experiences for assigned brands, campaigns, or platforms across Latin America.
This role plays a key part in translating brand and category strategies into clear plans, briefs, and executions, ensuring consistency across consumer and shopper touchpoints. Working closely with Senior Managers and Directors, the Manager helps bring creative ideas to life through strong planning, coordination, and executional excellence.
The role is ideal for a marketer who is consumer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and creatively curious, with the ability to manage complexity, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Support the development of integrated marketing and experience plans for assigned brands or initiatives.
- Help translate business objectives into clear creative and experience briefs, grounded in consumer and shopper insights.
- Contribute to understanding the consumer journey and shopper path, identifying key moments that matter.
- Support long-term platform thinking while ensuring excellence in campaign-level execution.
- Develop and manage creative briefs under the guidance of Senior Managers and Directors.
- Coordinate with creative, design, media, and production agencies to support ideation, development, and execution.
- Apply creative judgment to review work and ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and strategic intent.
- Ensure consistency of brand storytelling across content, channels, and touchpoints.
- Support the adaptation and localization of Global Core Creative Ideas for LATAM markets.
- Manage assigned initiatives from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including IMX, Media, Digital, Consumer & Shopper Engagement, and Commercial teams.
- Track project plans, flag risks, and support prioritization and sequencing of activities.
- Ensure coherence across touchpoints and contribute to a seamless consumer experience.
- Partner with media and digital teams to ensure plans are executed as designed across channels.
- Support performance tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
- Help translate data and learnings into optimization recommendations for future work.
- Stay informed on evolving media behaviors, platforms, and digital trends.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for agencies on assigned projects.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support senior team members in preparing materials for senior stakeholder reviews.
- Contribute positively to team culture through collaboration, curiosity, and accountability.
- Delivers assigned projects and initiatives within established strategies.
- Supports operational planning and execution for integrated marketing experiences.
- Influences project-level decisions related to timelines, coordination, and execution quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, integrated marketing, brand, media, or experience-related roles.
- Experience in consumer and/or shopper marketing; CPG experience preferred.
- Exposure to creative development, content production, or integrated campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across teams, functions, and agencies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese required
- Location flexible within Latin America
- Hands-on experience working on iconic brands and large-scale marketing initiatives.
- Exposure to end-to-end marketing planning and execution.
- Collaboration with experienced regional and global teams and top-tier agencies.
