Proven experience managing Inside Sales teams with a focus on business development, including strategic prospecting and cultivating new partnerships across multiple sales verticals.
Strong ability to identify and pursue high-potential opportunities, driving pipeline growth and expanding market share.
Broad understanding of Inside Sales operations and business development strategies within B2B environments, ideally in distribution or related industries.
Skilled in leveraging CRM systems and data analytics to segment markets, prioritize leads, and guide performance-based decisions.
Experience implementing outreach strategies that build long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
Demonstrated success in coaching and developing sales talent to excel in prospecting, consultative selling, and closing new business.
Familiarity with diverse customer segments and buying behaviors across multiple industries, including procurement and operational decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an inside sales team. Provide high level customer service while maximizing sales and gross profit.
