About the Role

The Manager, Inquiry Network serves as the owner of the Inquiry Network data asset — a core component of the LexisNexis® Risk Intelligence Network. This leader will manage the Inquiry Network as a strategic internal product, responsible for its performance, integration, and ongoing innovation across many use cases including fraud, identity, and credit risk decisioning.

The role blends data product management, enterprise integration, and data commercialization strategy. The Manager will work across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business leadership teams to ensure the Inquiry Network is continuously optimized, responsibly governed, and leveraged to power both internal decisioning and external product performance.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the inquiry data strategy by partnering with internal stakeholders to align data priorities with business and product objectives.

  • Own the data asset—maintain expertise in the data, evaluate enhancement opportunities, and lead productization roadmaps.

  • Drive cross-functional execution of data improvement initiatives and ensure consistent standards across global teams.

  • Ensure compliance with customer contracts, global data privacy and governance requirements in collaboration with Legal and Compliance.

  • Monitor and optimize data performance, implementing quality controls and corrective measures as required.

  • Commercialize data assets by driving utilization across business lines and supporting sales enablement.

  • Report network participation insights through regular dashboard reviews, highlighting network growth, risks, and future priorities.

  • Create and deliver value propositions that support sales enablement and promote customer participation in the network.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Experience in data product management, including data integration and commercialization strategies.

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to work across functions, building productive relationships with product, technology, operations, and commercial teams.

  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Demonstrates good organizational awareness and sound judgment in complex environments.

  • Proven experience in product management and/or project management disciplines. 

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $102,800 - $171,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
