Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of XR initiatives across multiple channels, from concept through execution and optimisation.
Align internal and external partners including marketing, engineering, design, agencies, and XR vendors to ensure cohesive and high‑quality solution delivery.
Translate business needs into structured execution plans, timelines, and deliverables, facilitating requirements gathering and feasibility discussions.
Serve as the operational hub for XR projects, ensuring clear communication, smooth handoffs, and effective stakeholder management throughout the lifecycle.
Define and apply measurement frameworks for XR initiatives, including KPIs, engagement metrics, usability insights, and business impact indicators.
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance summaries to guide decision‑making and identify opportunities for enhancement or scale.
Drive operational excellence by implementing standards, documentation, and best practices to improve XR delivery workflows.
Support experimentation cycles by coordinating testing, user feedback, and outcomes documentation.
Stay current with emerging XR technologies, platforms, and hardware, contributing insights to the Innovation Lab roadmap.
Represent the Innovation Lab in reviews, demonstrations, and capability discussions with stakeholders.
Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience coordinating or managing XR, immersive, mobile, or interactive technology projects.
Strong ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams spanning technical, creative, analytics, and business functions.
Familiarity with XR hardware and platforms such as Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest, or equivalent.
Experience defining and interpreting KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for emerging technology, structured experimentation, and continuous improvement.
