Position Summary
We are seeking a Manager, Influencer & Podcast Marketing to lead the execution and day-to-day management of Pendulum’s influencer and podcast programs— a critical marketing channel for building trust, driving growth, and making our science human.
This role sits at the center of strategy and execution. You will partner with the Director to bring Pendulum’s influencer vision to life—translating strategy into programs, managing creators and partners, and ensuring every campaign delivers against both brand and performance goals.
At its core, this role is about building and scaling meaningful relationships. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and growing a network of creators, healthcare professionals, and cultural voices who become long-term advocates for Pendulum. This includes developing clear frameworks for how we engage talent—defining relationship types, content approaches, and partnership structures that drive both authenticity and performance.
You will own the operating system behind influencer and podcast marketing: managing talent pipelines, campaign execution, content delivery, and performance tracking. This includes overseeing dashboards, analyzing results, and continuously optimizing how we invest across creators, formats, and platforms.
