The Manager, Implementation will lead the development, execution, and optimization of in-store programs, and systems. This role works closely with Store Teams, Field Leadership, and cross-functional Support Partners to deliver best-in-class in-store processes. The Manager will oversee concept development, program rollouts, platform redesigns, and project execution while partnering closely with the Store Operations Team to support strategic initiatives.
This position sits onsite 5 days a week in Grapevine, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the refinement, design, and implementation of In-Store programs and new retail concepts.
- Manage end-to-end execution of assigned projects, including scope definition, deliverables, timelines, and resource planning.
- Maintain and oversee the project portfolio, tracking progress, deadlines, risks, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with Field Leadership, Store Teams, and Support Partners to ensure operational readiness and smooth implementation of new programs and systems.
- Partner with the Store Operations on labor planning, resource optimization, and project staffing.
- Review invoices, budgets, contracts, and financial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance; work closely with Finance to resolve discrepancies and support funding requests and forecasts.
- Prepare clear, comprehensive reports, presentation decks, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication across internal teams, vendors, and external partners; schedule and lead project meetings, workshops, and briefings.
- Identify and assess project risks; develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution and minimize operational interruptions.
- Support continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to store systems, workflows, and implementation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, retail operations, store implementation, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from inception through completion.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and in-store customer experience principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with field teams, stores, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong financial acumen with experience reviewing budgets, contracts, or project financials.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project-management tools and documentation practices.
- Ability to identify risks and develop actionable mitigation plans.
Preferred Skills
- Experience redesigning or implementing in-store platforms, systems, or retail technology solutions.
- Background in retail field operations, customer experience design, or program rollout in a multi-unit environment.
- Experience working with external vendors, contractors, and third-party partners.
- Strong presentation skills and experience preparing executive-level reports or briefings.
- Passion for creating memorable in-store experiences and improving operational efficiency.
