About the role:

This position will be on the front lines of new product integration and immersion while guiding technical integration teams as they work supporting Financial Institution and Fintech API and Batch integrations.  This leader will be the catalyst for not only building new Integration procedures but refining current processes, while being a technical resource leader of talented Implementation Analysts.

About the team:

This Team supports the Implementation and Customization of Fraud, Identity, Account Origination, and bulk data products.  The individual that assumes this role will work with fellow Implementation team members across multiple business lines at FIS to not only install a client product, but also to partner with those teams to build more efficient processes.  This team consistently works for a business line experiencing 8-10% growth while adding new products and features for over 6000 Clients.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking new products into market while improving legacy product installations.  Be able to learn how successful product installations have worked while building structures around early adopter Clients’ new product integrations.  Leading technical team members with project standardization and artifact creation.  This position will look to rebuild and recreate project documentation and procedures as new technical work is requested.
  • Navigation and simulation of technical applications, databases, JSON, Swagger, and logging utilities to assist Clients in product configuration.  The expectation is this role is that this person will learn by doing and cross-train or partner with team members consistently.
  • Working by example by Engaging with Product, Business Analysts, and Sales teams of both Clients and FIS to technically understand and comprehend significant technical requirements.
  • Responsible for Audit controls and best practices of FCRA and GLBA product integrations using Project Management review and consistent procedures across a variety of teams. 
  • Being a Resource Manager for 6-8 Technical Project Managers by focusing on objectives and key results, while conforming and migrating to broader FIS onboarding applications and utilities.

  • Experience in an operational, business analysis, or technical project management area preferred
  • Required work hours: 40
  • Overtime required: No
  • Weekends required: Only to potentially support a significant install or change but this would not exceed 5%
  • Travel percentage for this role: less than 5%

Added Bonus if you have:

  • FINTECH or bank-related industry experience
  • Automation or Artificial Intelligence experience with tools like Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT that would help streamline Client-facing artifact or requirement gathering.
  • Client relationship management skills
