Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Driving the end-to-end product campaign process, from planning and execution to monitoring and fulfilment
- Campaign Planning : Assist in planning and implementing life and health insurance product campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product campaign design
- Project Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the project activities and timelines. Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and milestones
- Execution Oversight : Monitor the execution of campaigns, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Campaign Fulfilment : Manage the entire fulfilment process, ensuring timely delivery of the on-going campaign fulfilment in production. Maintain accurate supporting documentation for fulfilment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in product campaign, project management or marketing, preferably within the life insurance industry
- Strong organizational and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with experience in handling data for campaign fulfilment
- Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
