Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Provide case management on new business cases, policy servicing requests and claims cases.

  • Review applications ensuring all necessary information is provided.

  • Handle premium financing requests ensuring all requirements including but not limited to the affordability test and financial evidence requirements are satisfied.

  • Work closely with Agency and Broker channel for application status and requirements.

  • Identify process optimization opportunities, propose solutions, and implement the approved changes.

  • Support ad hoc projects where assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification

  • Professional qualification in life insurance, i.e. FLMI or HKFI qualification will be an advantage

  • 5 years’ experience in insurance operations and case management or brokerage operations preferably with a focus on MCV clients and jumbo case

  • Understanding of trust, corporate structures and AML framework

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English
