This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
The HRBP, Bogota will support the Human Resources team based in the U.S. in coordinating and administering a variety of Human Resources activities for the Bogota office. The ideal candidate will focus on leading the coordination of local recruitment activities, onboarding, payroll & benefit administration, employee relations issues and generalist support across all HR specializations.
What you will do:
Recruiting Support: The HRBP, Bogota will manage full cycle recruiting for this region: meet with hiring managers to understand their requirements, source candidates, draft job descriptions, schedule and conduct interviews, draft and determine offer packages, and coordinate pre-employment checks.
Payroll Administration: The HRBP, Bogota will lead payroll administration including processing monthly payroll. This role will act as the primary HR support to all staff including acting as lead for payroll and timekeeping inquiries.
Benefit Administration: The HRBP, Bogota will lead day to day benefits responsibilities including administration related to health insurance, income/disability protection, retirement, time-off, etc. The ideal candidate will be expected to make recommendations and propose benefit improvements. The candidate will be the primary HR contact for benefit related employee inquiries.
Human Resources Information System: The HRBP, Bogota will be responsible for all HR related data entry and maintenance in Workday. The candidate will also be responsible for ongoing enhancements to the system in partnership with Workday subject matter experts.
Employee Relations: This role will be responsible for working with both managers and employees to mitigate and/or resolve employee relations issues
Performance Management: The HRBP will provide support and guidance to both managers and employees through the performance management process
Other Projects: Provide project support as we expand the Bogota office headcount including core HR processes that occur throughout the year.
