About the Role

The Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders within Kraft Heinz’s Global Capability Center (GCC) in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for driving talent strategy, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and HR operational excellence aligned with business objectives.

The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution to support a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and GCC growth objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent trends, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters including structure, performance, and team effectiveness.

Talent Management & Development

  • Drive talent review, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
  • Partner with COEs to implement learning and development initiatives for critical skill building.
  • Support performance management processes, calibration, and goal setting cycles.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and action planning based on engagement surveys.
  • Champion a high-performance culture aligned with Kraft Heinz values.
  • Address employee relations issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Organization Design & Workforce Planning

  • Support organization design, restructuring, and workforce planning aligned to GCC strategy.
  • Drive staffing strategies including hiring plans, internal mobility, and career progression frameworks.

HR Operations & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR processes.
  • Partner with HR Operations and COEs (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, L&D, HR Ops) to deliver seamless HR services.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity) to inform decisions.

Change Management

  • Lead and support change initiatives including transformations, process improvements, and global HR programs.
  • Drive adoption of HR policies, systems, and best practices across the GCC.

Key Stakeholders

  • GCC Leadership Team
  • Global and Regional HR Teams
  • COEs (TA, L&D, Total Rewards, HR Ops)
  • Employees across functions and levels

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
  • 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in an HRBP role
  • Experience in GCC / shared services / multinational environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR frameworks, employment laws, and talent management practices
