Manager, HR Operations and Data Analytics

[What the role is]

The Manager (HR Operations and Data Analytics) will support the strategic management of HR technology systems and data analytics capabilities within the organisation. This role facilitates the comprehensive administration of HR information systems, supports operational excellence in HR processes, and ensures robust data governance and analytics to support evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.

[What you will be working on]

Key Responsibilities include:


HR Systems Management and Enhancement
• Support end-to-end Workday system management including maintenance, configuration, performance optimisation, and feature enhancements aligned with business requirements
• Support change management and global deployment initiatives to ensure minimal operational disruption and maximise user adoption
• Manage role assignments, implement security protocols, and maintain appropriate access controls for all user accounts across all HR systems/platforms, ensuring data security standards align with organisational policies and regulatory requirements and safeguarding sensitive employee information.

HR Operations Excellence
• Ensure all HR operational activities within Workday are executed efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of data integrity and process compliance.
• Support workflow configurations, approval processes, and system integrations to optimise operational effectiveness.
• Monitor system performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.


Strategic Digital Transformation Projects
• Support in the Data Migration projects to SharePoint Online and SG-Teams to modernise document management and collaboration capabilities.
• Support the implementation of the Future Digital P-file system to revolutionise digital personnel record management through innovative technology solutions and streamlined processes.

Data Analytics and Reporting

• Deliver user data requests and analytical insights to support strategic HR and business decisions.
• Support advanced analytics dashboards and reporting capabilities using Tableau and other business intelligence tools.
• Participate in HR data collection and related surveys

[What we are looking for]

• Minimum 5 years experience in HR operations
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday HRIS, including configuration, reporting and integration capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite and SharePoint Online
• High level of personal and professional integrity
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proactive, team player
• Knowledge in Tableau software for data visualisation and business intelligience reporting preferred
