<title>About you:</title>

- <point>Strong statistical foundations and proven experience with A/B testing & experiment design.</point>
- <point>Advanced SQL and good Python skills; experience with BI tools (Looker / Tableau / Power BI).</point>
- <point>Comfortable with large, messy datasets and building reliable reports/dashboards.</point>
- <point>Commercial mindset — you can explain the “so what” and trade technical nuance for actionable decisions.</point>
- <point>Excellent stakeholder skills — you can translate analytics into a narrative for non-technical leaders.</point>
