The role operates within the Group Transformation / Strategic Portfolio Management function and supports enterprise‑wide oversight of the North Star transformation portfolio.

The role works closely with Group functions, Pillars, Enablers, and Local Business Units to support disciplined investment management, transparent tracking of spend and benefits, and effective prioritisation and delivery of transformation initiatives

  • Portfolio financial and performance management support
    Support analysis of programme and portfolio performance, including comparisons of Plan, Approved, and Actual spend. Assist in tracking key benefits (e.g. ROI, payback, NBP, cost savings), highlighting variances, trends, and potential risks to value delivery
  • Transformation spend and recharge analysis
    Support the review transformation spend and recharges across markets, including cost allocations, key drivers, timing differences between cost and benefit, and potential P&L impacts for Group and LBUs.
  • Portfolio governance and reporting
    Support the monthly portfolio review by coordinating inputs from programme teams and LBUs, and preparing consolidated reporting on spend, delivery progress, the business case pipeline, and key risks and issues.
  • Programme tracking and data quality
    Follow up on programme updates to ensure milestones, RAG status, and performance indicators are consistent with Group Transformation standards and accurately reflected in the portfolio management tool.
  • Annual planning and prioritisation
    Support annual planning and prioritisation by working with Group Pillars, Enablers, and LBU leads to assess investment requests, test assumptions, and prioritise initiatives within funding limits.
  • LBU and stakeholder partnering
    Work closely with LBUs and functional teams to understand local transformation roadmaps, delivery assumptions, funding and recharge implications, and progress against plan.
  • Executive insight and communication
    Support executive and board‑level reporting by distilling complex portfolio information into clear themes, key risks, issues, and areas requiring management attention.
