Position Responsibilities:

Identifying and managing risks and ensuring that technology controls are developed, implemented, and functioning effectively.  You will work closely with Segment Line 1B teams, Operational and IRM/Internal Audit teams to proactively manage risks and drive improvements across the portfolio. You will identify and implement AI to streamline risk, control, and reporting processes — making our work faster and smarter.

  • Analyze risk trends, support initiatives, and recommend efficient ways to continuously improve how we manage risk.

  • Lead the Risk Treatment global portfolio that consists of but not limited to Issues, Caps, Reportable Events and Exception Management.

  • Support the regulatory portfolio including data collection and contributing to written submissions.

  • Coordinate and contribute to Global G&C reporting, scorecards, dashboards, trackers, and summaries.

  • Coordinate and deliver training across Line 1B.

  • Assist in developing and delivering regular risk reports for senior management.

  • Implement AI use cases where appropriate. 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in Technology Risk, Information Security, Operational Risk, Business Resiliency, or Audit within a complex corporate environment.

  • Proven track record in project management, risk strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related subject area.

  • Hands-on experience with GRC tools (Archer preferred) and a strong grasp of risk frameworks and control standards.

  • Expertise in risk methodologies, control design, and audit protocols.

  • Comfortable working across global time zones and navigating diverse partner environments.

Working Arrangement

Hybrid

Salary range is expected to be between

$113,000.00 CAD - $163,000.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
