Key Responsibilities
Define and govern the global marketing personalization strategy across web/eCommerce journeys (account‑based, visitor‑level, and campaign‑level).
Own the roadmap for product and content recommendations across websites; define placement strategy and A/B test plans.
Lead the internal search replatform to Algolia end‑to‑end: requirements, index strategy, relevance tuning, synonym/typo tolerance, predictive suggestions, analytics, and governance.
Map out end‑to‑end Adobe Target decisioning (client- and server-side) with various audiences and integrations; establish testing/rollout guardrails.
Build governance for audience design, identity/consent, and activation quality across CDP and other defined segments.
Stand up business‑controllable ranking & personalization controls and operational playbooks to reduce dev dependency with Algolia rollout
Align go‑live with CMS migration timelines and quality gates in partnership with Web Ops/Engineering.
Establish a test‑and‑learn operating rhythm across Target, recommendations, and search; publish quarterly impact readouts.
Define dashboards/attribution with Adobe Analytics/CJA for full visibility of audience, offer, search, and conversion performance.
Create enablement materials and partner playbooks; drive adoption with regional and product team stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) OR Equivalent in Marketing, Digital Media with a minimum of 10+ years of experience with over 5+ years in digital personalization/search with demonstrable impact; 3+ years orchestrating Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (RTCDP/AEP, Target, AEM, Marketo).
Hands‑on experience delivering client‑side (and preferably server-side) Adobe Target implementations; comfort with APIs, SDKs, identity, and consent governance.
Practical expertise implementing Algolia or a comparable internal search platform (indexing AEM content, relevance tuning, synonyms, predictive suggestions, analytics).
Excellent analytics fluency (Adobe Analytics/CJA), experimentation design, and KPI ownership.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and communicate at executive and developer levels.
Preferred
Experience in B2B healthcare or regulated industries; familiarity with GDPR/CCPA and enterprise data governance.
Exposure to recommendation systems (content/product) and merchandising strategies (e.g., boosting/burying, related content).
Familiarity with AEM content modeling, Web SDK tagging standards, and search platform analytics.
Prior experience with Workfront intake/SLAs and marketing operations playbooks.
