As the Manager, Global Order Operations for Canada and Latin America, you will lead the teams responsible for turning demand into delivered product. You'll manage a multi‑country order portfolio, guide a diverse team of order management professionals, and serve as the key problem‑solver for complex, cross‑functional operational challenges.
You will offer the opportunity to influence how LS&Co. executes wholesale business across several regions, with high visibility and a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction, revenue realization, and operational excellence. FY26 will bring significant opportunities to standardize processes, drive automation, and elevate the wholesale order‑to‑cash experience across Canada and LATAM.
About the Job
Manage end‑to‑end wholesale order execution across Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and the Andes, ensuring accurate order intake, clean order books, and on‑time, in‑full shipment performance.
Review the order portfolio regularly to identify risks, resolve exceptions, and remove operational blockers quickly.
Lead resolution of complex order issues including pricing discrepancies, EDI failures, delivery blocks, unconfirmed orders, and credit holds.
Guide, develop, and support a team of six order management professionals (senior analysts and regional team leads), setting clear expectations, balancing workloads, and fostering continuous improvement.
Partner closely with Sales, Allocation, Demand Planning, Distribution, Logistics, IT, Accounts Receivable, and Credit to address issues, protect shipment timelines, and strengthen customer relationships.
Oversee outsourced operational partners, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and ensure SOP accuracy and adherence.
Drive regional process standardization and advance automation opportunities that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
About You
6+ years in Order Management, Order‑to‑Cash, Customer Operations, or similar operational roles, with 2+ years of people leadership experience.
Background in wholesale or multi‑region order management, with the ability to assess and resolve complex operational issues.
Advanced Excel skills; SAP or comparable ERP experience.
Influence cross‑functional partners and managing customer‑facing escalations.
Detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable leading teams through change and process improvement.
Experience with Accounts Receivable or Credit.
This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Eugene, OR office. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $101,300 - $148,500 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
