Ready to be a Titan?
ServiceTitan is looking for a Manager, Global Mobility to lead the strategy and operational delivery of our global immigration and mobility programs. This role sits at the center of a function that was built from the ground up, including a Workday-native compliance infrastructure, a six-country entity footprint (US, Canada, Armenia, Australia, India, Poland), and a growing portfolio of AI-driven tools that power how we deliver mobility services. You will be the primary architect of how mobility work is delivered, leveraging automation, strategic partnerships, and alternative resource models to ensure a seamless experience for our Titans.
What you’ll do:
Operational Strategy & Delivery: Design and manage the "delivery engine" for the mobility function. You will evaluate and implement the most effective mix of internal resources, external partnerships, and outsourcing to meet business demands.
AI & Automation Integration: Proactively identify and implement AI-driven tools and automation to streamline administrative workflows, reduce manual intervention, and increase the speed of service delivery.
Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as the lead SME and consultant for HRBPs and senior leadership on all mobility matters. You will provide strategic guidance on complex talent movements and sponsorship eligibility.
Global Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Monitor and respond to fast-moving immigration and tax policy changes across the globe. You will lead the assessment of various mobility risks—including cross-border work and tax implications—ensuring the company remains compliant in an evolving regulatory landscape.
Immigration Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle for US, Canadian, and international immigration cases across a broad visa portfolio, including H-1B, PERM, TN, E-3, H-1B1, O-1A, L-1, and permanent residency pathways. Evaluate and expand sponsorship options as a strategic lever for talent acquisition.
External Partner Management: Lead the selection and management of external legal and tax vendors. You will define and enforce rigorous Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure our partners are delivering maximum value and quality.
Process Engineering: Optimize mobility workflows within Workday and other HR systems to ensure data integrity and a frictionless experience for stakeholders.
International Relocations & Remote Work: Lead the end-to-end process for international employee relocations and consult on cross-border remote work requests, partnering with Tax, Legal, and PBPs to assess compliance risk and operational feasibility across ST's global entities.
Business Travel Compliance: Own the company's business travel compliance framework, including visa requirements, work permit triggers, and permanent establishment risk, ensuring employees and managers have clear, accessible guidance before travel occurs.
What you’ll bring:
Experience: 7+ years of experience in Global Mobility or Immigration, with a track record of program leadership and operational design.
Strategic Resourcefulness: A proven ability to scale a function through creative delivery models, including the effective use of outsourcing and flexible staffing.
Functional Depth: Comprehensive knowledge of US and Canadian immigration law, with a strong grasp of international mobility compliance and tax risk.
Forward-Thinking Mindset: Experience (or a high degree of comfort) using AI and automation tools to solve for high-volume operational challenges.
Communication & Influence: The ability to consult at an executive level, providing clear, risk-based recommendations on complex talent and compliance issues.
System Proficiency: Advanced experience with Workday and specialized case management platforms.
Systems Thinking: The ability to look at a manual compliance problem and solve it at the root through system triggers rather than more audits.
Global Operational Scope: Direct experience managing mobility programs across multiple international jurisdictions, not just US immigration.
